• We only offer delivery services. Once your order is made, it will require us 
  1-3 working days to process the order, followed by 1-3 delivery days. 
  
  Example:
• Local deliveries are scheduled every Wednesday till Sunday. Do not you are not able to combine your website orders with other orders made via our IG channel. This is to avoid any confusion. 
  
  
• Should you not be home during delivery, courier service will contact you directly and items will be placed in the water riser/ shoerack or where it is safe/arranged between you and the courier service.
  
  
• Our courier riders deliver from 10am - 11pm and if necessary, over the weekends should there be delays due to weather or road conditions. 
  
  
• If you do have special arrangements, please email us and we will try our best to assist you. 
  
  
• Unfortunately, we do not do normal mailing as we have our own local delivery team.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship internationally and we have sent to various parts of world such as Australia, UAE Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, India, Bangladesh, Germany, France, London and USA.

For international delivery, Shipping rate is based on weight and will be shipped via international courier options available. Please ensure you choose the correct country for smooth delivery.

Asian countries will generally take about 5-8 working days. 
The rest of the world (Europe and USA) will usually take about 8 - 14 working days or up to 21 days depending on the location and customs.
