Shipping policy

Orders are processed and packed within 2-3 working days and then delivered between 3-4 working days. Generally your order will reach u within 5-6 working days or even earlier. Please email us should you have special requests.

Preorders require a waiting period of at least 2-3 working weeks. Should delays were to happen due to covid19 or any other reasons, we will send an update accordingly. Please place order only if you are willing to wait for items. 

We do not deliver using SingPost . Our delivery team is a private courier service that delivers to your doorstep. They deliver up till 12 midnight during delivery days. 
If your address is an office address which has a restricted timing, we recommend you to add on an alternative address to ensure smooth deliveries. Otherwise, do indicate the time preferred and we will try our best to accommodate.
